*Liang Yuan Ze: He Yan's fiance
He Yan: Female lead
Liang Yuanze came very quickly. In fact, he arrived quicker than the police. He took He Yan out of the car, wrapped her in his suit jacket, and carefully brought her into his car. He Yan had been trembling and Liang Yuanze hugged her tightly. He put her lips against her ears to comfort her. "It's okay, Yanyan, it's okay, I'm here. The police will arrive right away and once they are here, I'll take you to the hospital."
The police car soon arrived with its non-stop flashing light. They removed the man's corpse from He Yan's car and transported it into a body bag. A female police officer came to see He Yan's condition and tried to inquire about the case. Suppressing his own anger, Liang Yuanze commented, "My girlfriend is seriously injured. She needs to go to the hospital for treatment."
Fortunately, the female police officer was reasonable. She immediately called someone to take He Yan to the hospital and allowed Liang Yuanze to accompany her. He Yan gradually calmed down, but her voice was hoarse, and she was a little nervous. She kept telling Liang Yuanze, "Don't let my parents know, don't let them know."

Don't be afraid, Yanyan, I will always be with you. When this is over, we will get married, we will get a big house, have two children, adopt a dog and a cat, and our family will be lively!"
He Yan's eyes fell to the empty space and stared blankly, looking at the scene that he showed before her.
"Don't be afraid, Yanyan, time will smooth everything out, and you will slowly forget that nightmare, forever..." Liang Yuanze said softly.
