WITP C5P1

One of her students was in trouble. 

It was a poor student, who was a sensible person and did well in school. He worked part-time to reduce his parents' burden, but he was suddenly accused and labelled as a thieve.

He Yan could not believe the accusation when she received the phone call and hurried down to the company's security office. The boy was sitting in the corner with his head down and saw her coming in. His eyes turned red immediately, "Teacher He, I didn't steal the mobile phone. I don't know why it was inside my bag."

She nodded gently and calmed him down.

"Don't worry, I'll explain it to them." 

The security officer's explanation sounded simple. The boy lived nearby a restaurant that offers takeaway as a part-time job. When he came to deliver meals today, he took advantage of a customer's inattentiveness and secretly put her mobile phone into his bag. 

He Yan found a flaw in the case just by listening.

 "So she lost her phone and my student happened to be there. Isn't that too coincidental?"

 The other party explained: "Upon losing her phone, the owner immediately called herself with another device. The boy was busy flipping the phone from his bag while he was inside the building. His behaviour was suspicious, and that is why we stopped him." He Yan smiled and said, "Maybe the child had offended someone, or your employees are having a group joke that implicated him. You don't know, but this innocent child has good school conduct."

"Teacher He, this is the current situation. There are videos to prove what he did. We don't intend to frame anyone wrongly. We planned to report the incident and ask the police to deal with the matter."

He showed He Yan a video recording. When the boy came out of the office, he was panicking and hurrying away, and the hall camera recorded him digging out a mobile phone from his bag. Regardless of whether the boy was framed, the evidence was clearly against him.

He Yan had to soften her attitude. She smiled and said to the person in charge: "Don't worry, let's discuss. He is still a student after all. Even if he made a mistake, can he be given a chance to change? Let's resolve this matter here and not trouble our police comrades, shall we?"

"This is a policy violation, and the security department is responsible for settling it." The other party said.

He Yan smiled brazenly, "But your department has found the phone. Your security office is already very responsible. Really! I have not seen anyone more responsible than your team. You don't know the people in our school.  Not to mention a little mobile phone, you could move around our principal's desk, and they wouldn't even know about it." 

The person in charge laughed. He Yan looked at the door and said quickly, "How about this? I will bring my student to apologize to the owner and asked the other party for forgiveness, and then I bring my student back for his education." 

The person in charge also did not want to make things too big too. He hesitated for a moment before asking her to lead her student and then brought them to see the owner.

The elevator went all the way up to the top floor. She couldn't help but ask the person in charge of the security department: "Does the mobile phone belong to your president?"

"No, it is the secretary's ." The other party replied.

He Yan was a little disappointed. Frankly speaking, she hoped that the mobile phone belonged to the president. People who could achieve that position generally had a certain amount of influence and reputation to keep. As long as she was willing to say something nice, most things would be resolved. It was individuals such as the secretary that would be more difficult to handle.

Unfortunately, it was exactly what she expected. The Secretary was young, beautiful but extremely unfriendly. She came out of the presidential room with a sullen face. She glanced coldly at He Yan and asked, "What else is there to talk about in regards to this matter?"

He Yan grinned at her and said, "He is still so young. He momentarily made a mistake and he should be given a chance to correct it. Don't you agree? I'll guide him to apologize to you."

Miss Secretary laughed out loud: "Who isn't giving him a chance to change? Going to the police station would make him change. It's okay to be poor, but to be poor and unsensible requires one to undergo a proper lesson."

It was really unpleasant to hear. The boy standing behind He Yan couldn't help but to blurt out: "I didn't steal your phone, it was you who seduce me, I didn't want to, you framed me!"
